1. Introduction
Welcome to Darpan Library. By accessing our services, website, or physical premises, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Membership & Access
Membership grants you access to the library facilities during your selected shift/hours. Access is strictly non-transferable. You must carry your ID or show your active booking confirmation upon request.
3. Code of Conduct
We maintain a strict quiet zone. Members must respect the study environment, avoid phone calls inside the reading halls, and keep their devices on silent mode. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
4. Use of Amenities
High-speed internet, air conditioning, and other amenities are provided on a best-effort basis. Darpan Library is not liable for temporary outages due to technical or external factors. Desks and chairs must not be intentionally damaged or defaced.
5. Personal Belongings
Members are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Darpan Library is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to laptops, books, or other personal items brought onto the premises.
6. Amendments
Darpan Library reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active members.
