Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
Darpan Library strictly follows a No Refund Policy. Once a seat is booked and the payment is successfully processed, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership or choose not to renew at the end of your current billing cycle. However, no prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or early departure.
3. Seat Transfers
Memberships and booked seats are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your active booking to another individual.
4. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is in the event of an accidental double charge due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway. In such rare cases, the duplicate transaction will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.
